FOR their excellent performances, some graduands of the MAGINGO School of Dancing, a newly established dancing school, have been contracted to feature in, gospel diva, Grace Ashy’s Ghana@50 music video.

This was announced at the maiden graduation ceremony of the school held at its Kwashieman premises recently in all, 15 students graduated from the school with Portia Mensah emerging overall best student.

At the ceremony the students thrilled the audience with energetic dance pieces while musicians, Grace Ashy, Ophelia Nyantakyi, Andy Frimpong-Manso and others performed songs from their various repertoires.

MAGINGO Dancing School was established on September 7 last year with the aim of training talented youth in the fields of dancing, modeling and vocals. –

According to the proprietors of the school, Matilda Pecku, a dancer, and Nana Agyeman Prempeh, a radio presenter, the school is well resourced with professional teachers in the likes of Pastor Azigiza Jr, Akosua Agyapong and Freeman.

The school also teaches established musicians lessons in stagecraft. Since its inception, it has taught musicians such as Grace Ashy Pascaline Bannerman, Nobel Nketiah among others.
