Kora Awards nominee, "Anges d’Eternel" (Angels of the Lord), a dynamic gospel group will on Sunday July 8 launch a thirteen track album titled "Africa" at the Osu Presbyterian Church Hall in Accra.

The group, which consists of eleven musicians from Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria and the Central African Republic, intends to convey a message of restoration and commitment to the service of the Almighty God.

Its multi cultural nature has brought together influences from several parts of the African continent thus enriching the quality of their compositions and lyrics, which have received wild cheers and applause from enthusiastic crowds.

With a strong determination to evangelize through praise and worships songs, "Anges d’Eternal" has over the years won a number of souls for the Kingdom of God through song ministrations and other performances in a number of African countries.

The group has participated in numerous shows, concerts, TV programmes and multi cultural festivals in the West African Sub region. In 2004, "Anges de l’Eternel" organized an Ivorian-Ghanaian grand concert in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire, which was dubbed Jericho 2004.

Jericho 2004 was meant to call for divine intervention to take Cote d’Ivoire out of the crisis that divided the country into two parts. The concert brought together over ten gospel musicians and groups including two Ghanaians.

Since its formation in 2003, "Anges de l’Eternel has managed to carve a niche for itself. In 2005, the group won the prestigious "Eburnie Music Awards" for christian music, "Top d’Or" for best christian musical group, "SAFAM COM" award for best group.

The young group was also nominated for "Gaining Tiercé" Prize in respect of the best three artistic groups in La Cote d’Ivoire for 2005 and also found themselves among twelve other nominees for a revelation prize.

Dubbed "Lets Unite Africa Through Gospel Music", the launch would also feature a number of Ghanaian gospel stars including the multiple award winner Christian Love.
