Collins Hosts Highlife Paradise

Collins Amoah, aka Joe, the host of Highlife Paradise on Choice 102.3 FM has stated that he would use the available opportunity he has to promote broadcasting profession in Ghana.

Collins, who is also the director of Icon Multimedia, which offers courses in radio and television presentation, disc jockeying, event management, marketing and public relations said he believes that, a good presenter is the type of person who takes time to study what listeners want to listen to.

According to him, he does a research to enrich his programme to enable him capture the largest market share.

He said, before he goes on air, he spends time doing research and cross checking facts on the every information given him to avoid poor presentation.

As a host of Choice FM’s, Highlife Paradise Collins is known for his creative style in presentation and good music he plays over the period that he hosted his programme on radio.

His programme which is being sponsored by Reroy Cables, Oxford Academy, School of Aviation, Season Travel and Tour, Top Up, Dawn 808 and Herbal Dring, runs only on Saturdays, between 1pm and 3pm, treats listeners with contemporary highlife, gospel and hiplife music.

During the programme, Collins has the opportunity to interview top personalities in the showbiz industry such as musicians, producers among others and live presentations from various location.

Unlike other programmes, Collins backs his interviews with phone in calls to give listeners chance contributing.

Although he is in two demanding professions- broadcasting and a lecturer, Collins said does not seem to be feeling the stress that goes with them.
