The Executive Secretary of the PANAFEST Secretariat, Rabbi Kohain Nathanyah Helevi, says plans are far advance to make this year's programme a success, despite the initial problems they encountered.
He stated that this year's programme would be a unique one compare to the previous one's because of the Joseph project introduced by the Ministry of Tourism and Diasporan Relations.
